Gastronomy:

- Preparation and sale of drinks
- Worker or runner (picker)
- Tapper

Ticketing:

- Sale of tickets
- Scanning of advance tickets

Orga / Production:

- Set-up and dismantling helper
- Forklift drivers
- Decoration
- Other tasks

What to bring:

- Experience in gastronomy / club or festival is desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Dealing with money and cash registers/ cashier experience
- Well groomed appearance and good manners
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to perform and learn
- Pleasure in dealing with people
- Good physical condition
- Possibly driving licence for car, forklift, construction machinery

Intern (f,m,d) in the field of production (6 months)

Are you motivated, able to work under pressure and looking for a varied internship? Are you interested in the everyday life of an event organizer? Are you doing an apprenticeship, studying or do you have other experience in the event sector? Then you've come to the right place!

Internship Production (Subject: Production)

The tasks:

- Participation in personnel management (e.g. preparation of duty rosters, coordination of counter staff)
- Assistance to the production management
- Preparation and planning of events in the production area
- Preparing and editing data
- Research (materials, service providers, sponsors)
- Purchasing of materials and preparation of material lists
- Management of the materials warehouse
- Setting up and dismantling security measures o. site security / barriers
- Signposting of events (production of signs, creation of notice boards).

Requirements:

- Studies in the field of event management/ Business Administration or completed commercial vocational training is an advantage.
- You should already have some experience in the event sector
- Driving licence class B
- Residence in and around Cologne
- Laptop
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Reliability, time flexibility
- High resilience
- Independence, motivation

The tasks:

- News and topic research for social media
- Research in the area of press relations
- Collaboration in editorial activities
- Collaboration in marketing activities (Paid Media, OOH, Facebook Ads)
- Preparing and editing data
- Visitor communication via social media and email
- Guest list management, VIP handling, lost & found
- Artist care (hospitality, support at the event, preparation of shuttle plans)
- Creation of stage lists, timetables
- On-site assistance at the events

Requirements:

- Affinity to electronic music / scene / festivals
- Social media skills (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- MS Office (Word , Excel)
- Fluent in written and spoken German & English
- Driving licence
- Studies or training (event management, event management, marketing, communication sciences) is an advantage
- Laptop
- Reliability, time flexibility
